Pamela Donison

Pamela Donison is the founder of Donison Law Firm, PLLC, a boutique family law firm in North Phoenix, Arizona. Admitted to practice law in Arizona in 1999, Pamela has litigated, negotiated, mediated and settled hundreds of family law cases, ranging from premarital agreements to post-decree custody issues. Pamela has extensive experience in Double Divorce: divorcing couples who are also business owners, dividing both personal and business assets.

Pamela’s practice is concentrated on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), including arbitration, mediation, negotiation, Collaborative Divorce, cooperative divorce, and consulting. Pamela accepts a very limited number of litigation engagements each year, with preference to former clients.

Pamela is on the Maricopa County Superior Court Roster as an approved Attorney Mediator and is a Judge Pro Tempore for the Family Court Bench.

Pamela frequently presents on family law issues, including guest lecturer at Arizona State University and Flagstaff Community Mediation Program, as well as to various private groups and organizations throughout the state.

About Kristine Reich

Kristine Reich

Kristine Reich joined the Donison Law Firm in January 2011 and was admitted to practice law in Arizona February 2010. Prior to joining the firm, Kristine was a senior administrator at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University (ASU) and catalyzed the development of the Diane Halle Center for Family Justice. Kristine implemented other ASU pro bono programs in the community, including the Juvenile Legal Assistance Program, the Medical Legal Partnership for children and families, and several youth mentoring programs.

Kristine received her legal education from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at ASU (J.D. 2008). As a law student, Kristine concentrated on Alternative Dispute Resolution courses participating in the semester long Mediation Clinic and was selected as the clinic’s teaching assistant the following semester earning “High Honors.” As a first-year law student, Kristine partnered with a classmate to win the 2006 National ABA Representation in Mediation Competition in Atlanta, Georgia.

Kristine has fifteen years experience working with children and families in resolving problems. Kristine obtained her Masters in Social Work at ASU (M.S.W. 1993) and has worked in schools, hospitals, homes, and the community to address issues of family well-being. Before heading to law school, Kristine was the Director of the Child Welfare Training Institute.

Kristine is a sought out speaker and training presenter on issues of family justice and child welfare. Kristine has been a presenter at the Equal Justice, Child Welfare League of America, and Child Abuse Prevention conferences. Kristine has been a motivational speaker for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA).

Kristine is a certified fitness instructor through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and teaches Zumba classes several times a week.
